"I want to thank you for the custom pillow you made for me. I have a long neck, and have never found a neck support travel pillow that is adequate. Also, a previous neck injury makes travel difficult for me. Now, with your neck rest pillow, I'm able to travel without pain. I have had used your pillow for several road trips. Its fantastic! I use it even when I'm awake in the car - - it allows my neck and head to relax against the support of the pillow, and the pillow absorbs much of the road vibrations.
